2. Purpose

These terms govern the distance contracting of guided jet ski excursions offered by JK Mooring & Yachting Services SL under the AD Jet Ski brand. By ticking the acceptance box before paying, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

All excursions are guided group tours, always accompanied by an instructor who leads the route and looks after the safety of the participants.

4. How to book and pay

  1. You choose the option, duration, date and time.
  2. You enter your contact details and accept these terms.
  3. You pay by card through a secure payment gateway. AD Jet Ski never stores your card details.
  4. You receive an email confirmation with your booking code. That email is your proof of purchase.

Your place is not guaranteed until payment has been completed. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially in high season; last-minute bookings are accepted when there is availability.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 103(l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure services that the provider undertakes to deliver on a specific date or within a specific period, as is the case with these excursions.

This does not affect the cancellation policy described below, which applies in all cases.

6. Cancellations and date changes

If you cancel:

  • More than 48 hours before: full refund.
  • Between 24 and 48 hours before: a 50% charge applies.
  • Less than 24 hours before, or if you do not show up: non-refundable.

Date changes: you can change the date free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Refunds are made to the payment method used for the booking, within 14 calendar days of the cancellation being accepted.

Bookings made on the website that are not paid within 30 minutes are cancelled automatically and the time slot becomes available again. Bookings arranged by our team have a payment link valid for 48 hours.

7. Cancellation by AD Jet Ski

Going out depends on sea conditions. If the weather prevents departure, you can reschedule at no extra cost or receive a full refund. The decision not to go out rests solely with the instructor or the company and is always taken for safety reasons.

8. Participant requirements

  • No boating qualification or licence is required to ride the jet ski. A full safety briefing, which is compulsory, is given before departure.
  • Driver's age: over 18. Minors aged 16 to 18 may drive with signed authorisation from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Passengers' age: from 5 years old.
  • Knowing how to swim is not essential, although basic swimming skills are recommended. All participants wear a neoprene life vest throughout the excursion.
  • Bring a valid identity document.
  • Arrive at the meeting point 45 minutes early in summer and 20 minutes early in winter. The exact time is given in the confirmation email. Late arrival does not entitle you to a longer excursion or a refund.
  • Follow the instructor's instructions at all times.
  • Do not take part under the influence of alcohol or any substance that prevents you from riding the jet ski safely.

What to bring: swimwear, a towel and sun protection. We recommend sunglasses with a strap and a rash guard to protect you from the sun and salt.

9. Insurance and liability

  • The jet skis carry the compulsory third-party liability insurance in force.
  • Participants are liable for damage caused by misuse, negligence or failure to follow the instructions given in the briefing.
  • AD Jet Ski is not responsible for personal belongings lost during the excursion.

10. Complaints

Official complaint forms are available to customers. You can send any complaint to reservas@adjetski.com.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you that the European online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
